First meeting for involvement network
The first meeting of people and organisations who have signed up so far to the Wiltshire Local Involvement Network will take place on Tuesday 20th May from 10.00 a.m. to
12.30 p.m. at Devizes Sports Club, London Rd, Devizes SN10 2DL. The meeting is open to the public.
Local Involvement Networks (LINks) are networks of local people, organisations and groups from across the community that want to make care services better. The meeting will discuss how the LINk will run until September, and what work it will do.
Local people and organisations who have not signed up already are encouraged to join the LINk. Joining the Wiltshire LINk will give you the chance to say what you think and to suggest ideas to help improve services. The aim is to provide a stronger voice for local people in the planning, design, commissioning and provision of health and social care services.
By phoning 0845 0949497, or writing to The Wiltshire LINk, c/o HAP (Interim host),
P.O. Box 3409, Melksham SN12 7WS, or visiting www.communityvoicesonline.org you can still register to be in at the start of the new organisation and have a say in how it will be run and what work it will do.
